Despite rain and hail...

I finished my garden. YAY!!!

Now fingers crossed that it all grows - corn, peas, capsicum, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, zucchini, pumpkin, broccoli and even a few sunflowers for decoration.

We Are Making a Garden

A wonderful garden. Or at least it will be when we finish it. What started as an overgrown, weed infested back lawn is becoming a vegetable patch. Measuring 7m x 3m it is a good size and plenty of hard work to get it started.

Here are some in process pictures of the vegetable garden and some pictures of my pretty flowers in the flower bed (which is in need of more weeding).

But I would rather be stitching. I currently have my UFO pile to work through, which I guess is becoming my WIP pile.

I pulled out the afghans I have on the go and thought I would share.

I've also started Rainforest afghan, just can't find the picture on the computer at the moment.
